Policies

Intake forms are required to be completed during each service, we refuse the right to perform services on any client where services might create an adverse reaction or is a contraindication. We prioritize your skin’s health and your safety.

Please arrive no more than ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment, so we have the allotted time to devote to your TLC.

Late Policy: If you are late for your appointment we will do our best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn’t cause us to run late for the next client. However, if we must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked.

No Show Cancellation Policy: Ramglam Esthetics has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will receive a $50 invoice sent via email. If we replace your appointment with a client on a wait list, we are happy to waive the fee.
